Vision

The mission of ITEC is to protect, represent, and empower IT and allied sector employees by building collective strength and defending labour rights. The Confederation works to ensure fair working conditions, job security, social security benefits, and dignity at the workplace through awareness, advocacy, and collective action

ITEC envisions an IT and allied sector where employees enjoy security, dignity, equality, and work–life balance. The union aims to create a strong and united workforce capable of influencing workplace policies and contributing to a fair and just work environment across the industry.

Mission

The ITEC is a state-registered, independent trade union representing employees working in the Information Technology and allied sectors in India. ITEC was formed to address the growing challenges faced by IT professionals, including workplace isolation, job insecurity, excessive working hours, weak grievance mechanisms, and lack of collective representation.

ITEC supports members in accessing insurance-related benefits, including guidance on available schemes and assistance in understanding coverage options. These services aim to improve financial security and risk protection for employees and their families.

The union assists members in understanding and accessing welfare benefits available under labour laws and government schemes. ITEC helps employees navigate eligibility, documentation, and application processes related to welfare support.
